The Operations and Supply Chain Management Diploma course teaches the skills and techniques for managing operations and supply chain of your business.
The course is split into two sections - Operation Management and Supply Chain Management. In the first section, the course illustrates the design and control process of production. You will also learn how to redesign a business operation for betterment.
The next part of the course deals with supply chain management where you will know the management of the flow of goods and services, including the movement and storage of raw materials, of work-in-process inventory, and of finished goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption.
At the end of the course, you will be required to sit for an online MCQ test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately. You will instantly know whether you have been successful or not.
Before sitting for your final exam you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a mock exam.
After completing and passing the course successfully, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement.
Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.
