ABOUT ME I'm one of 10 children, a mother of six, I've been married for 25 years, and I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love playing board games with my family, laughing, and hanging out with my husband. Struggling with a family relationship, I sought the help of a life coach in 2017. She taught me how to fix that relationship. As a side benefit, my confidence improved, my goals got bigger, I managed my time better, I stopped needing to control people, I found more joy in mothering, and more. I'm on a mission to share these tools with everyone. TRAINING Received bachelor's degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University in 1997. Certified as a Life Coach through the Life Coach School in 2019.
