Most wellbeing at work strategies fail for one of two reasons:
They're not based on a rigorous, data-backed blueprint that's worked in other organisations - so you don't see the impact you're hoping for.
They're developed by an external partner who doesn't understand your organisation so it doesn't resonate and engagement is a struggle.
This course is designed to set you up for success by overcoming these challenges.
You already have the understanding of your organisation, its culture, goals and operating context.
We'll give you the proven blueprint - equipping you with research, best-practices and tools you need to create a positive impact in your organisation.
You'll also have the opportunity to connect with peers from other organisations and learn from each other.
You'll finish the course with a clear plan on the next steps you can take wellbeing a key element of your organisation's culture and daily habits.
We'll also support you to act as an effective liason to colleagues, giving them the support they need when they need it.
