Before we go any further, let's get one thing clear. This is not another piece of 'self-help' content that's going to leave you feeling worse than you did before. It's not another piece of content full of advice and a great long list of stuff that you SHOULD be doing (but don't have time for). It is, in fact, the exact opposite.
It's a chance for you to take a breath and re-connect with what matters to you as a parent.
A moment to pause and notice what's currently working - and the bits that aren't.
A space for YOU to decide what route you'd like to take, which advice you'd like to follow.
AND, most important of all, a few precious minutes of support and kindness for you as you tough it through the most challenging role of your life.
What will you gain? You'd be surprised. For some it's about perspective and recognition, for others it's the support and just knowing that they're not alone. All we know is that moments like these matter and we'd love for you to join us!
