All our sessions are recorded and will be available for the duration of your membership.
The sessions are held on Thursday lunchtimes and run for 90 minutes. I suggest that you take 45 minutes from your lunch break and your employer matches with 45 minutes of work time.
It is my belief that Happier employees are more productive and take less time off sick. Looking after employee wellbeing also helps with employee retention.
