Whole day course at St Peters Hall, Marlow, Buckinghamshire to make any animal you wish based on a wire armature, around seven inches in height. Materials and loan of tools included.
Suitable for everyone including absolute beginners and experienced felters.
Please bring a packed lunch.
Although it has its roots in a centuries old form of cloth making, needle-felting is a relatively new art, an off-shoot of industrial felt-making from the nineteenth century. Woollen fibres are bonded together using specially designed barbed needles to form a firm material which can be made into 3-D shapes.
No sewing (or glueing) involved. You will be amazed how the fibres bond together with just a little stabbing.

All materials are included and tools loaned to you. It is important however, to bring a printed picture of the animal you would like to make.
We want to keep everyone safe, so if you feel unwell on the day and are unable to attend the show, we will post your kit to you for a small extra charge for postage.
