What is ADHD? How can ADHD impact adult mental health? How can we use a neurodiversity affirmative model to support clients with ADHD?
This workshop is all about working therapeutically with adult ADHD. It's led by therapeutic practitioner and supervisor, Liz Smith, who has extensive experience working with ADHD in the therapy room, and therapist and learning and development practitioner, Aitch Nicol. Both are multiply neurodivergent, including ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia & Dyscalculia.
There are some interactive activities to encourage your own reflection and development throughout the course.
