  • What is the difference between group coaching and training session?

    In group coaching, you engage in a professionally facilitated interaction with your peers. You bring the content and have the opportunity to share, explore where something might be hidden, support or inspire and motivate each other. You will be supported by an accredited coach in the process.


    In the training session, specific content is covered in the large group or in small groups. The content is delivered by the facilitator and you apply it in a creative way to your individual situation.

  • What is the group coaching session for?

    The purpose of the group coaching sessions is to give you a space to share your process. When working with core values and visions, it can be helpful to share with others and be inspired. Sometimes the road can be rocky and that is where the group coaching sessions come in, so you can get support from your companions. 

  • What are the workbooks about?

    In the workbook you will find five types of content:

    • Background knowledge, concepts and theories from Psychology about meaning and purpose in life.
    • Science-based interventions from Psychology to enhance wellbeing and support self-discovery.
    • Additional resources such as videos, books or podcasts that are relevant to the topic.
    • Scientific measurement tools and questionnaires to explore individual characteristics.
    • Creative exercises and activities specially designed to support you in your self-exploration.
  • How will I receive the workbooks?

    The workbooks are released digitally every 14 days. You can download them as a pdf and print them out if you like. Ideally, you have a tablet or other device with a pen to work on the exercises in the book, but even if you don't have a digital pen, you can simply read the workbooks as a pdf on your device and work on the exercises, for example, in an additional journal that you keep for this purpose.

  • Do I have to work through the workbooks?

    The entire programme is designed for you, your wellbeing and your best life. Of course, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do. However, it is recommended to complete the workbooks or at least certain specially marked contents before the next training session or the next workbook release. As the training sessions build on each other, this way you will have the best experience and can participate in the next session without any problems. 

  • How do I book my one-to-one coaching sessions?

    You can book your free chemistry session via the link in your booking confirmation or here. In the chemistry session, you can ask all your questions, we can get to know each other, discuss our collaboration and the time schedule of the sessions. The booking will then be made via a customised offer that you will receive after the chemistry session.

  • Can I book one-to-one coaching separately from the Premium programme?

    Yes. Whether you would like to have one-to-one coaching sessions in addition to your chosen programme or would like to have more than three coaching sessions in the Premium programme, both is possible and will support your process.
