The Master Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence online course is delivered using our online learning platform that gives you the flexibility to study when and where you wish. You have access to a range of learning materials on the learning platform that include online video tutorials, interactive quizzes, practical activities and some fun material - including series of complimentary crib cards.
You have the chance to discuss and debate your findings around your emotional intelligence in group discussions with others studying the same programme as you.
The Master Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence course contains full course notes and several practical activities to implement immediately and apply your learning.
The practical activities are designed to help you investigate how you view your emotional intelligence and the impact that this has on others.
The activities involve some engagement and interaction with other people and some reflection. They will help to guide you on what and how you need to change.
You can work through the Master Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence course at your own pace. You have lifetime access to the course material so that and return to it at any time in the future.
The course is equivalent to 72 hours CPE / CPD (Continuing Professional Education / Development) and because it is so flexible, you can work within your own timeframe. You could work through the whole course this week, or pace yourself over the next few weeks. It's up to you.
The amount of time you need to take to complete the practical activities will vary from person to person. Implementing the new skills and strategies you learn will some time.
This is a self-paced course, which means that you'll work through the course in your own way according to the time you have available and your schedule.
It also means that you'll implement the strategies on your own and you'll seek the support and accountability (if you need it) from your existing network. However, Robin is available to answer any questions that you may have and to help you and guide you.
As the course has been approved by The Institute of Leadership, it follows a defined structure.
You will be registered with The Institute of Leadership as a Professional Member when you enrol on the course to fine tune your skills and learn from other great leaders.
You can develop your skills through the e-learning platform, MyLeadership, access curated learning resources and webinars, and keep up to date with weekly news updates, podcasts and expert research.
On completion of the course you will be awarded a certificate from The Institute of Leadership and can use the post-nominals - MIoL - after your name.
Your Certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the course. This includes watching all the video lessons, completing the quizzes, and downloading the resource material.
There is no requirement for the practical activities and assignments to be formally assessed.
