Drawing inspiration from the ORSC model, we introduce Alchemy, a dynamic three-day course designed for pairs who co-facilitate, co-train, co-present, or co-coach. If you've ever walked away from a workshop feeling not just inspired but fully equipped and eager to put your new knowledge into action, Alchemy is your key to precisely achieving that.

The magic of co-facilitation isn't mere happenstance. It's the art of blending science and relationship systems theory with zest and vitality, providing you and your partner with the tools to design and deliver exceptional programs together.

Alchemy is tailored for facilitators seeking to elevate their craft. Throughout this course, you'll integrate the latest insights from systems and adult learning theories, infuse your practices with wisdom from neuroscience, and master the art of seamless, synchronised delivery with your partner.

Our primary focus is on co-delivery. The alchemy between two skilled facilitators cultivates a profound connection with participants, igniting an atmosphere of energy and safety that nurtures lasting, impactful learning experiences. It's about taking your co-facilitation to a new level, where the whole truly becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

This course is for pairs who co-facilitate, co-train, co-present, co-lead or co-coach. You don’t have to be ORSC trained to participate in Alchemy.
