Reiki Level 1 Degree - Shoden A full day of learning about Reiki and Reiki energy with Reiki Master Monica. This day will include: ✨ The History of Reiki ✨ An opening meditation to call in the Reiki energy ✨ Self healing hand positions ✨ Grounding & Protection techniques and lots more ✨ Finishing with an attunement and a closing meditation. A brochure and a certificate will be provided. About Me – CranioSacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Cacao Ceremonies & Vagus Nerve Regulation in London, UK I’m Steph Edwards — a holistic healer, bodyworker, and trauma-informed space holder based in the UK, devoted to guiding you into deeper healing, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. My journey began in 2012 in Singapore, Asia, where I trained in 2013 as a Reiki healer and became a Western Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Reiki became the foundation that awakened my path — restoring joy, deepening my spiritual connection, and sparking a lifelong calling to help others heal. Over the years, my work has expanded to embrace a multipule of modailities, the main being CranioSacral Therapy, trauma-informed soft bodywork, and vagus nerve regulation techniques to help ease anxiety, release stress, and restore nervous system balance. I work intimately with Mother Nature’s heart-opening plant medicine — Ceremonial Cacao — facilitating powerful cacao ceremonies in London that blend meditation, breathwork, Sound and self-enquiry. This work has led me to remember the body’s deep connection to Mother Earth’s energy, and how we are sustained through the five elements — air, water, fire, wood, and etheric energy. These elements not only nourish our physical body but also weave us back into our natural state of wholeness and unity with all life. My calling is also to work closely with the vagus nerve, guiding others in gentle yet powerful techniques to regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and awaken the truth of who they really are. Whether you join me for CranioSacral Therapy sessions, energy healing, cacao ceremonies, or my Vagus Nerve Healing & Nervous System Regulation programs, each offering is a safe, nurturing space for you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner calm, vitality, and joy. ABOUT THE BRITISH REIKI CIRCLE SCHOOL Founded by Alison in 2017, The British Reiki Circle offers: * A full range of Reiki courses, both certified and for personal use * Working with crystals and Crystal Reiki Alison is currently developing the next suite of courses that will introduce people to the magic of healing and manifesting with Earth’s gifts. Alison was first attuned to Reiki in 2006; she is an Advanced Reiki Master and Teacher, Crystal Reiki Master, and an experienced CIPD qualified trainer. Alison’s interest in holistic therapy started in 1988. She qualified as a Life Coach in 2003 and went on to qualify in a range of Holistic Healing therapies thereafter. In addition to her own practice, Alison has a background in both digital health and the mental health sector of the NHS, she maintains a position of Deputy Director for a service hosted by the NHS called Thrive by Design [https://www.thrivebydesign.org.uk/], a multi-disciplinary team of specialists who have come together with an aim to co-design inclusive digital innovation and improvement in health and care to support everyone to thrive. ALISON'S COMMITMENT TO HER STUDENTS Yorkshire born and bred, Alison lives in the East Yorkshire countryside with her husband, where she crafts her courses and initiates the distance ceremonies. I aim to provide the best learning experience for all of my Reiki students, as such I ensure that materials are regularly reviewed, updated, and new material added where it enhances the learning. I aim to provide a balanced and blended learning environment, taking into account different learning styles, personal choice and on-going support needs. I continue to be creative and curious, both in how Reiki can be used and the broader practice of energy healing and the subtle body.
