<p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">You don&#39;t have to have completed any of our courses to attend and you can be from another pole school</p>
<p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Our friendly instructor will adapt any difficult moves and offer strength and flexibility exercises in the run-up to learning the more challenging move</p>
<p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Open to anybody who wants to improve on their pole moves, spins, combinations and tricks in a class environment with an instructor</p>
<p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Not ideal for complete beginners unless you want a challenge, have good strength from other exercise classes you already attend or think you are a quick learner/strong</p>
<p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Static &amp; spinning poles available, 40mm &amp; 45mm pole grip/thickness for all hand sizes. &nbsp;Use of safety mats and 6x poles (2x are over 3 metres high!), plus use of other training equipment</p>
