Instill excellence prides itself on delivering high quality consultancy, online
courses and training in relation to school improvement, safeguarding and pupils
welfare. We know the job of running a school is not easy! We offer a range of
services and products focused on supporting school leaders and staff with the
knowledge, tools and skills needed to be highly successful! Our school
improvement work consists of working alongside school leaders, at all levels,
through training, supporting and offering guidance. Our Director has a
background of working in challenging schools including those in special
measures, or those that may have been identified as in need of improvement. Her
wealth of experience ranges from local authority consultancy, Executive Headship
and advisory work. She also has Ofsted inspection experience. This wealth of
experience means that we understand the challenges faced in today’s schools and
the need to ensure there is highly effective teaching and learning and
leadership and management.
