We design and make decorative glass for various applications. Our studio facilities enable us to fuse glass, paint, stain & enamel, acid etch, sandblast, engrave, brilliant cut and lead work using the traditional methods. We also restore damaged church stained glass according to the UKIC (United Kingdom Institute of Conservation) guidelines. Rainbow Glass Studios was established in 2001. Between us we have decades of experience working in glass with various companies across Britain. We are often written about in the press and featured on TV.

During her time in Siena Italy, Jo established her signature style of combining traditional stained glass techniques with contemporary fused glass. Moving away from traditional stained glass her work combines the old techniques with the new by using both disciplines enabling her unusual results. Today Jo offers a bespoke design service specialising in commissioned works for both private and corporate clients, these have included churches, chapels and stunning windows artwork for private houses.

Hands on glass design and manufacture. Partners Paul Edward Brown and Rowena Lloyd established eirian studio glass in 1989 ... Based in the Welsh border town of Hay on Wye, we design, make and sell handmade glass, from our combined workshop and gallery. Hot Warm Cold The glass furnace is at the heart of the workshop. From here we gather Hot glass at temperatures of 1150 degrees and above, the glass is then shaped, blown and decorated by hand using many different techniques. The glass kilns allow us to use the Warm glass techniques of fusing and slumping. Temperatures of 750 degrees allow the glass to gently fuse and slump the glass. The Cold glass workshop is where we cut, grind, polish, engrave, drill, sandblast and ....... It is always the relationship between these processes, the material and the maker that shapes our glass designs.
