Room Forty are an award-winning mobile afternoon tea and baking company based in Warrington. We bring our travelling tea room and baking school to venues and homes within a 1.5 hour radius. Celebrate your birthday, wedding, anniversary, baby shower and even a loved one's funerals in affordable luxury style. Our award winning events can be brought to your home, community centre, school, college or office, It's the perfectly effortless party plan. Our baking and bread making skills are shared via our mobile baking school too - just ask us to come to you, or come to one of our baking classes or get your hands on one of our cake craft kits and Pup Cakes for your four legged friends! Our 100% 5 star reviews are testament to the attention to detail and love we pour into everything we bake, and the care we give to all of our customers, winning us the accolade of hospitality provider of the year in Warrington Business Awards. I like to use and work with vintage china crockery, glass tesserae as well as acrylic, pastel, alcohol inks and encaustic wax. I adore making colourful, interesting, useful pieces from unwanted worn out recycled items. I try to keep the design sympathetically in harmony with the period and style. Each item speaks to me about how it would love to look and I go about this with passion and love to bring you a truly beautiful unique piece.

Its name comes from Loch Arienas, a beautiful and remote spot in the Morvern area of the Scottish Highlands. We believe that engaging in creative activity is good for our health and wellbeing. Our workshops suit beginners, returners and those who want to challenge their own creative practice. Group sizes are kept small, so that our artists and makers can give you the help and support you need to get the most from your experience. At Ruskin Road Repair Cafe, we are committed to working with people to help them develop the skills to repair rather than replace broken or faulty consumer products, and keep them out of landfill. When you bring in an item which does not require professional expertise to safely fix, volunteer fixers will work with you to repair or maintain it, offering as much explanation or support as is necessary so that you can develop the confidence to try and fix the item yourself if it breaks again. Of course you are always welcome to come back again for more help! At a Repair Café there are the tools and materials to help you make any repairs you need. On clothes, furniture, electrical appliances, bicycles, crockery, toys, et cetera. And there are also repair specialists such as electricians, seamstresses, carpenters and bicycle mechanics. Visitors bring their broken items from home. Together with the specialists they start making their repairs in the Repair Café. It’s an ongoing learning process. If you have nothing to repair, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Or you can lend a hand with someone else’s repair job. The Repair Café teaches people to see their possessions in a new light. And, once again, to appreciate their value. The Repair Café helps change people’s mindset. This is essential to kindle people’s enthusiasm for a sustainable society. But most of all, the Repair Café just wants to show how much fun repairing things can be, and how easy it often is.
