The path to healing is paved with empowerment! This can mean many different things. At the start of our journey, it can be about learning to take self responsibility for our wellbeing, inside and out. At other times it can look like learning to receive, as we may have had a tendency to over give. No matter where you may find yourself, the invitation is to discover balance where you are. Through the use of different healing frequencies and codes, including energy activations and light language, these sessions are designed to do just that. This course is available to those who have already completed a dry needling foundation course and wish to add acupuncture for pain relief to their toolbox. Only acupuncture points and clinical reasoning will be taught mostly within a western framework, but traditional Chinese medicine will be explained as well. This could also be beneficial to someone who wishes to return to using acupuncture, but has not practiced for some time. To successfully complete this course there will be a short practical test and a 2000 word case study to ensure that a sufficient level of competancy and understanding has been achieved to safely practice acupuncture. The three dates that must all be attended are Sunday 21st September, 28th September and 5th October 2025, 9am-4pm Courses taught by Justine Munur, 20+ years experienced in physiotherapy and dry needling/acupuncture, MSc in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She loves thrillers where the location is as integral to the plot as the crime i.e The Dry by Jane Harper and The Sanatorium by Sarah Pearse, and would love a good locked-room thriller but is only looking for fresh and unique ideas in this area.  She is also on the hunt for a glorious book club love story that is doing something a bit different and special i.e Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus or anything by Taylor Jenkins Reid or Liane Moriarty! Or smart, contemporary, observant romcoms with a very strong emphasis on diverse / own voices.  Finally, she would love a historical that vividly brings that period to life as well as having a stunning plot i.e, The Familiars by Stacey Halls and The Doll Factory by Elizabeth MacNeal.
