How can Yoga play a part in a Holistic approach to health?Yoga is a holistic
system of purifying techniques for the body and mind. Yoga practice consists of
physical postures, pranayama, and meditation. Certain postures should be
practised every day, particularly the ones that affect the spine, systems and
glands of the body.I’m Claire, yogini and tantrika, and I’ve been on a wellness
and spiritual journey since my late teens when I stumbled upon my first yoga
class through curiosity. Since then, I’ve had many wonderful life experiences
which have led me to my calling. I can safely say that I’m passionate about
helping people to connect to their authentic, ecstatic radiance and well-being.
For me, it is what the planet needs right now more than ever – radiant,
connected, ecstatic women, full of health and wellness.
