Yoga is many things to many people, there are many different styles of yoga,
different lineages and if you asked 100 people what yoga was and does for them
you would likely get 100 different answers. That is the beauty of yoga. Meet
yourself on the mat, learn about you and your body and take what you need I
suffer from Fibromyalgia and PCOS and the extra symptoms that come with them,
fatigue, anxiety and phantom aches and pains. Yoga gives me what I need, some
days if I have energy I will do a faster paced sweaty practice but sometimes its
slow gentle movement or no movement at all, maybe doing yin or meditation. I
believe yoga can be for everyone you just need to find the right Yoga class and
the right Yoga teacher
