Here at GMUA we offer high-quality VTCT accredited makeup and hair qualifications taught by highly experienced industry professionals covering all genres of makeup from Instagram to editorial, fashion and film where we have established ourselves in Liverpool with over four years of experience as Global Makeup Hair and Productions Academy. Our courses are open to all, no matter your race, gender, nationality or background; we seek to empower and train everyone with passion. The heartbeat of the company is the heart of a lioness; ‘we seek to make everyone look and feel beautiful’. Victoria’s career started when she was 13 assisting her mum Hairdresser and Makeup artist Miriam Bartholomew on a Ridley Scott Associates commercial in Cape town. She was a runner and fell in love with film and continued in the film industry for over 17 years working as a leading chief hair and/or makeup artist on many music video’s including Robbie Williams “Rock D.J” and “Millennium”, as well as Texas ‘Inner Smile”. She has also worked with many high profile film directors such as Vaughan Arnell, Ridley Scott Associates, Tony Kaye and Jean-Paul Goude on many commercials around the world including British Airways, Virgin, L’Oreal, Audi and many more. Her training started by assisting Miriam Bartholomew (her mother and top hair and makeup artist in Cape Town S.A) for beautiful hair and makeup, as well as Dulcie Bebe in Australia for Makeup and Hair training with Toni and Guy London after studying specialist hair colour training with David Bartholomew ( her dad) Nominated in Sydney Australia for colourist of the year for Wella international. Victoria continued to work in film, fashion and commercials in the hair and makeup industry in cape town, Sydney and then returning to live in London for 5 years before moving to West Yorkshire then Liverpool. Her love of film grew and she embarked on a series of courses through Raindance Film in Soho, completing the Directing for Film and Producing course while working for them. This took her onto her next challenge choreography where she worked at London’s premier dance school on Oxford street London Dance works and learnt from the best contemporary dance teachers what works for theatre, film and music video’s understanding the different dance disciplines from ballet to hip hop. Following all of her incredible achievements, Victoria then decided to pass on her hair and makeup knowledge to the next generation and completed her Diploma in Teaching while lecturing as the lead makeup tutor for Riverside College in Cheshire up until August 2016 and from then on went on to create Global Makeup, Hair and Productions Academy Ltd.

Formed in 2003, Mylife uses film and video to engage young people, working with groups to develop their film making skills and broadcast their message to a wider audience. Since then we have worked with hundreds of young people across the UK and made over 60 short films.

My trajectory Vision. Determination. Passion My name is Iuli Caroline, I grew up in the countryside of São Paulo (Sumaré). Sambar is what fills my soul with light and makes me enjoy life. I've always believed in creating a community of people who, like me, love the power of the movement - and that's my main goal as a samba instructor. I started my career at the age of 12, being a junior dancer at the samba school(Havaí 71) in my city in the interior of São Paulo. Over the years I spent in numerous traditional samba schools (Estrela D’alva, Leões Padre Anchieta) in my locality, until I was of legal age and competed for Queen of the City (Paulínia 2014), where I was crowned in First place. Representing my city made me see that my place was to fight for samba and dance in general. After this I was also crowned Miss Beauty Black, representing the cultural Black community of my locality. Countless hours of stage and presentations came together over the years, until I made my first tour towards Egypt(2018). Working in another country with other people, showing my roots to different cultures and also getting to know them is fantastic. Today I continue my journey in the city of London - United Kingdom. Now here in London, I work with Freelancer Mulata Samba Show and I am part of respected entertainment companies and major artistic productions. In this year 2021 I was crowned Princess Miss Generation London. In addition, Coming here to London working with samba and helping to keep our Brazilian culture alive. I won the Second place in the London Awards 2022 Dance category, another recognition after years working with Brazilian culture. We also work with great production of renowned samba artists artists that bring us the best of our culture. In the year 2022 we collaborated together with the coming and organization of the workshops of Mayara Lima and Mayara Santos, great samba phenomena teachers that were with us in a big euro tour. I continue with my projects and workshops, working on instruction for one of the greatest models of empowerment, Samba! This brings joy, grace and sympathy .. linking communities together. lilley lovett theatre group

Lilley Lovett Theatre Group is a place for children to have fun, develop their performance skills and nurture a life-long love of musical theatre.  We see their confidence grow with every passing week - it's a joy to witness!  Our sessions are aimed at children and young people aged 4 - 18 years.  We meet every week during term time at the Laughton Parish Hall.   * Monday 3.15pm – 4.15pm ‘Little Lilley Lovetts’ for children in reception and year 1 * Monday 4.30pm – 6.30pm for school years 3 to 6 * Tuesday 3.15pm – 4.45pm for school year 2 * Saturday 10.00am – 1.00pm for school years 7+ Each year, we stage a full production for children in year 3 and above, including sets, costumes and lighting, which is open to the public. During the run up to the shows, we’ll get the children thinking about all of the aspects of putting on a production – from direction to costumes.  We also organise optional trips to see professional shows outside of the sessions so the children can really appreciate the collaborative nature of putting on a show. We offer two trial sessions for children so they have time to settle into the sessions and decide whether they would like to become a full member of Lilley Lovett Theatre Group.  Membership fees are charged termly at a rate of £8 per hour.  Discounts are available for siblings and we have a limited number of scholarship places available.
