I am native French teacher with extensive experience in tutoring gives French
lessons from college to high school, preparation for the baccalaureate. I
graduated in French FLE in foreign languages and I taught in London for ten
years.
I offer tailor-made lessons and exercises, adapted to each student, with a view
to effective progress, in an encouraging and caring atmosphere.
On the other hand, it seems to me necessary to strengthen the self-confidence
of most students by valuing their strong points
I am a French and English teacher. First in London for ten years and then in
Paris for more than 10 years.
I am passionate about teaching the French and English language and more
particularly about literature and phonetics.
I give French lessons to students from primary to high school as well as to
companies for FLE.
Current assignments:
- Teaching French as a foreign language to top athletes (preparing for
interviews, etc.);
- FLE courses for company employees (current clients: Google, General Electric,
LVMH, etc.)
- Preparation for the French baccalaureate (methodology for oral and written)
- Teaching French and English as a foreign language to individuals
Methodology :
In addition to the fundamental points of grammar, conjugation and vocabulary, I
attach great importance to the teaching of culture, the notion of
interculturality and pronunciation.
I have excellent feedback of students that I have tutoring for GCSE,IGCSE and
Alevel examinations in order to get a A* with success. I am currently tutoring
for 11+ and 13+ exams.
I prepare adults for French examinations as Delf, Dalf, TCF and Delf business
pro.
learning experience:
We can discuss your needs, and I will be able to assess your requirements.
Whether you are an auditory, visual, or kinaesthetic learner, I will find a
strategy that will result in success.
When I teach, I don`t use complicated grammatical explanations that simply
confuse people and I don`t ask you to memorise long lists of vocabulary -
because my 10 years experience have shown me that this simply does not work.
Instead, through 1-to-1 interaction, I show our students how to build up the
language, step by step, so that they are actually speaking independently in
French.
