Anna trained at the Deborah Capon College, and was also heavily influenced by her time training and working in America. She was represented by Terpsichore Entertainment in New York and worked within theatre and television. Following this she became the company's UK talent representative, responsible for identifying and guiding talented artists seeking legal employment and representation in the USA. Anna went on to train as a teacher, running her own school, the Hasland Dance Studios, for 6 years, achieving her Licentiate and Fellowship qualifications with the ISTD, and becoming a mutually recognised teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance. In 2015 she became an Approved Tutor for the ISTD and created Anna Morgan Dance, offering bespoke teacher training for the Diploma in Dance Education qualification. Anna spent a number of years on the Ballet faculty at Performers College before joining Bird College as a Ballet Tutor in 2016, and is also the staff representative to the Board of Directors at Bird College. In 2021 Anna joined the teacher training faculty of the Royal Ballet School to deliver their 'Inspire' teacher training seminars in the UK and internationally. Anna is also an adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals, and is on the Advisory Board for the TIRED Movement (Trying to Improve Racial Equality in Dance) Before the pandemic Anna pursued teaching and choreography throughout the UK and America, including choreographing two original works for Bailar Al Sol in New Jersey. Firstly, our programmes are completely personalised to each candidate; no two people have the same experience because we only train between 20 and 30 trainees each year. Unlike the big university models where you would be one of 200 trainee teachers, we tailor the year to maximise your skills and you will therefore be better prepared to teach. We have our own supportive SCITT community, our own wellbeing programme and our own life coach. Secondly, because our trainees don’t have to attend University lectures, we have time to give them a bespoke enhancement programme running alongside the mainstream school placements. Our secondary trainees have the opportunity to teach in primary schools, pupil referral units, Special Educational Needs settings, work with CAHMS and teach in Sixth Forms. They also spend time at our local private schools to teach children with English as an additional language. Again, trainee curriculum design is tailored to maximise preparation. Thirdly, our programmes are competitively priced because we know graduates are already carrying huge university debts. We charge £7705 for QTS, as opposed to £9000, but we also give a free qualification for secondary trainees in addition to QTS so they leave as qualified Teachers of the PSHE Association [Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education]. Better Training has been providing Maths and English courses to the forces for the last 15 years. The tutors are very experienced, enthusiastic and sympathetic to your needs. We know that many of you struggle with these subjects for one reason or another and it is our aim to make your time with us as painless as possible. What to expect The courses we deliver vary in length depending on the difficulty level. Carole originally trained in Therapeutic Massage and Clinical Aromatherapy with the Association of Natural Medicine in 1993. She has worked with local GP surgeries and in the local hospital offering complementary services to pregnant women and baby massage classes. In 1997 she trained in Neuroskeletal Re-Alignment Therapy in Australia. She gained her teacher training qualification in 1996 and has been teaching since, including 10 years at at Adult College in London. She has trained in various other therapies over the years and kept her knowledge updated constantly. She has written many national qualifications at HE and FE level. She is a Founding Member of Complementary Health Professionals, a Fellow of the Association of Natural Medicine and an Honorary Member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists. Carole also sits on the General Massage Therapy Council for CHP. About Dan Stephens FCHP, FFHT, MAoR, CNHC Registered Dan started his training in 2007 with VTCT in complementary therapies and then completed his reiki training in 2010. He has since further enhanced his knowledge, studying advanced aromatherapy and advanced massage as well as qualifying in Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy and Crystal Healing Therapy. In 2018, Dan graduated to teach complementary therapies and has been working with Carole. Dan is also the Reiki Officer for Complementary Health Professionals and sits on the UK Reiki Council. Dan wrote the first UK accredited course on CBD for therapists. He is a Fellow of Complementary Health Professionals, a Fellow of the Federation for Holistic Therapists, a member of the Association of Reflexologists and is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for aromatherapy, massage, reflexology and reiki.

By pooling our knowledge and analysing ongoing feedback from students, we believe we have developed user friendly training programmes that will greatly improve your chances of passing theory tests first time. I was born in the 1960s in Somerset, UK the eldest of two daughters of Heather and Nick Bune. My mum was a housewife and dad a welder after starting an early career as a coal miner. The coal mining industry ran in the blood of my family as both grandfathers and all of my great grandfathers were coal miners. I grew up in a happy, loving home where money was always tight. There were no daytrips, no foreign holidays for me – in fact we didn’t have a telephone until I was a teenager and we didn’t have a car until I’d left home. At school I was one of those children who sits in the middle, grey and unnoticed, yet plodding on. I got seven O levels and a qualification in touch typing –my careers ‘adviser’ told me I should am to be a secretary or a nurse. Not a chance! However, I didn’t do as well in my A levels as expected and ended up going to a more ‘lowly’ college of higher education, now Bath Spa University. I took a degree in English Literature & History and loved it. I did well in my degree, getting a high 2:1 and took a PGCE and trained to be a teacher though quickly realised this was not for me. I always wanted to be a journalist – I used that year to apply for any relevant job. I eventually got a traineeship on a local newspaper in Somerset, then two years later moved on to a daily newspaper in Swindon, where I went on to be crime reporter and then business editor. I was also running as a volunteer a radio programme for Hospital Radio Swindon.

 Richard Brookshaw is a highly skilled dental implant surgeon. He has placed more than 5000 implants and is one of only a handful of implant surgeons nationwide who can carry out implant surgery in patients with extreme bone loss, using specifically designed zygomatic implants. Richard is both nationally and internationally respected as a lecturer and mentor in Implant Dentistry, immediate same day implants and CT scanning & planning for implant surgery. He also lectures for Nobel Biocare nationally and internationally on a range of advanced implant techniques and is a regular lecturer and contributor to their World Tour. Richard exclusively practices all aspects of implant dentistry, including hard and soft tissue augmentation, sinus grafting and same day implants. He first qualified in 1996 from the University of Dundee. Then in 1999 he gained his Masters degree in Oral Surgery from the University of Sheffield and further extended his clinical qualification in 2001 by completing an 18 month Implant Training Programme. In 2009, he attained a highest honours award in the one year implant master program from University of California Los Angeles/ Gide program. Richard was also one of the first six in the UK to gain The Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh at its first sitting. Richard now runs RB Implants, a team of professionals hand-picked by Richard to perform dental implant treatments throughout the UK.
