The Mercury Internet School of Psychological Astrology (MISPA) is devoted to teaching psychological astrology. The aim of MISPA is to provide a high standard of tuition in psychological astrology so that the astrological chart can be sensitively interpreted using modern psychological thought. Our tutors have worked as practicing astrologers, teachers and consultants for many years. Many of the tutors were trained or worked for many years with the Centre for Psychological Astrology (CPA) under Director Liz Greene. Since the CPA decided it no longer wanted to offer any assessment, grade system, or qualification John Green set up MISPA to provide an astrological education to Diploma level for those who do wish to pursue a qualification and to teach psychological astrology to students all over the world. We are very happy to have Liz Greene’s continued support in this school and what we do. You can read Liz Greene's introduction to the school here. MISPA offers online classes, webinars and courses deigned to allow students to discover the power of astrology in their lives and use it as a tool for understanding themselves and their clients better. Newcastle Quran School is an established Quran teaching school located in Newcastle upon Tyne UK. The school is run by a group of highly qualified Quran teachers who are keen on teaching Quran memorisation and recitation to Muslims in the UK and abroad. After five successful years and more than 200 learners memorising one chapter (juz’) to the entire Holy Quran, we’ve decided to expand our reach and start our online school to serve the wider Muslim community in the UK. We teach students how to master reciting the Quran using ‘Al Qaidah An-Noraniah’, which is a special method for teaching Quran recitation that has proven to be very efficient for learning and correcting pronunciation for native and non-native Arabic speakers. The school is a branch of a well-established Quran School in Menya, Egypt where thousands of students from all over the world memorised the Quran and graduated. (https://www.facebook.com/hafazatalquran/) The Principal and the Director of Newcastle Quran School are both Hafiz (memorised entire Quran) with Ijaza and they too are graduates from Menya in Egypt. Alongside other members of the school board, together they have founded the school in Newcastle as an extension to the school in Menya. The school follows a special curriculum developed by the parent school which is designed to help students memorise and revise the Quran in accordance with their individual abilities.

Here you will find our art school with extensive creative production facilities and equipment, our gallery where creative practices and processes are shared and showcased as well as our artist studios, where 20 artists and creative practitioners make their work. Our work also takes place out in the community at schools and community venues, online and in peoples homes. Artworks is a community interest company so we don't work for profit. The income we generate is used to support the communities we are established to serve. Thanks to our funding partners and supporters we are able to make many of our activities free. Where we don’t receive any subsidy we make sure that access is affordable while always paying artists a fair rate.

Our home is in Gloucestershire but we reach rural writers all over the UK and beyond. Dialect is here to develop talent, connect with communities and offer rural writers opportunities to share their work. Our Story Dialect launched quietly in July 2020 with an online Summer School of taster workshops. A programme of workshops around Stroud Book Festival followed, along with regular critique workshops, courses, a Writer In Residence scheme in partnership with Lake 32 and an Arts Council funded mentoring scheme. We are now offering regular courses focused on the craft of writing and immersive writing workshops in intriguing rural locations. Dialect is now a Community Interest Company, committed to investing in literature and author development. We will soon be launching DIRT, a plantable ecopoetry press… Ethos Dialect speaks from the edges of things. Online Courses & Tutorials Way back when I was a junior developer, I was fortunate enough to have been mentored by experts in the field. This allowed me to rapidly progress in my career and understand and architect multiple large projects in my time as an expert front end developer. While I'm still largely involved in contract work, I'm simultaneously passing on the buck and sharing my knowledge.
