A Bespoke Course The course is exclusively aimed at learners with Education, Health and Care Plans. 1 Year Programme The programme will run for 15 hours a week over 3 days and transitions young people into further education or prepares them for the workplace. A Range of Modules The mandatory modules include progression routes which focus on preparing for further study or employment. There is an extensive range of optional modules should a person want to expand their knowledge in a specific area. Functional Skills We offer separate qualifications in both Maths and English ranging from Entry Level 1 up to Level 2. The qualification helps to prepare people for further learning or develop their knowledge and skills in a work-related subject. Functional Skills English and Maths qualifications included where needed, levels from Entry 1 to Level 2. Bespoke course delivered within a small group setting based on preparing to transition for the following academic year. BORN TO SWIM is a small swimming school established for 16 years. We have taught thousands of babies and children throughout the London area with amazing results. As we like to say, we teach from crib to competition. We are passionate about what we do and as well as teaching we wish to inspire our swimmers. From our baby and toddler classes, to our children’s lessons and our bespoke one-to-one sessions you can see the differences between BORN TO SWIM members to babies and children taught elsewhere. We have little ones as young as 3 years old swimming 10 metres. Okay, it may not be the national recognised stroke at this point, but it is definitely not doggy paddle. We NEVER ever teach doggy paddle or use armbands. Our teachers are enthusiastic about our approach and are all trained in the BORN TO SWIM building block methodology. They love what they do. They love children and have bags of patience and understanding little ones needs. They are energetic, build confidence, give support and tons of encouragement. 1) Register Registration lasts for one academic year (September to August) and entitles your child to take as many units as they want. You will need to register your child and pay for registration before you can purchase units. 2) Learn Once registered you can log in to our members area and purchase units either on their own or as a package. This will give you access to the standardised assessment documents and guidance advice. 3) Achieve Once your child has gathered the evidence required, check it against the unit criteria and send it to us for marking and moderation. You will receive your child's certificates within10-14 days. FAQ's 1) How long does it take to study a unit? This depends on your child and their interest. Many units can be achieved very quickly as they are designed to be achievable. 2) How many units can my child study?
