EFT Tapping, otherwise known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is based upon the EFT that is used in the EFT scientific research, so you know the results will be reliable. This form of EFT includes the tapping points, an integral part of the EFT that is known and loved by so many tappers. Everyone deserves to have EFT Tapping available to them. The Energy Practitioners Association aims to bring EFT Tapping to the mainstream in the UK. This can only be done by approval from both the health and education departments. Many other modalities have already achieved this, such as the Energy modality of Reiki, now not only recognised but also supported by many insurance schemes and company wellness schemes. When you learn an EFT course as a practitioner, you want proper recognition. This is our mission with EFT Tapping in the UK. Our vision is to spread EFT Tapping far and wide, in a way that is accepted at all levels. When you do an EFT course with an Energy Practitioners Association trainer, you get the training that you need to be recognised once the recognition process is complete. This costs an initial 16000, and we are working hard at raising it. With every membership fee, we get closer to this goal. Every step along the way matters. And you matter. Which is why we exist. To serve you and those you care for. We don’t keep changing what EFT entails, we don’t do cheap recorded online practitioner courses (a good course includes watching you grow and develop with EFT in class, do EFT on others, and proper supervision), and we don’t cut corners. Some of our trainers work mainly or purely on Zoom, others work mainly or purely in-person. All of our trainers are responsibly trained to the highest standards. Our standards. Stop Hurt at Work is the campaign set up by Conduct Change to uphold its clear commitment to its social purpose: Our mission is to end workplace bullying through the development of meaningful prevention activities for organisations and the implementation of effective routes to redress for individuals. Campaign for change [https://www.conductchange.co.uk/stophurtatwork-legislation] We are campaigning for formal recognition of workplace bullying as a problem that injures individuals and damages organisations. The law does not provide sufficient protection or redress for people whose employers let bullying go unchecked, making the process of seeking legal remedy in these cases unduly complex and arduous. We are working with lawyers and legislators to identify and close the gaps in legislation. Awareness raising [https://www.conductchange.co.uk/webinars-podcasts] From a foundation of research into new approaches and awareness raising, we are creating proposals for change to both workplace approaches and to legislation. We are willing to use a variety of methods - case studies, questionnaires and interviews, for example. Adler International Learning (previously Adler School of Professional Coaching) was established in 1998 in Toronto by Dr. Linda Page who was the president of Adler School of Professional Coaching. After pilot trainings, Dr. Linda Page, who is an expert in application of Adlerian theory in the business world, established the Adler Professional Coaching Certificate Program together with a group of professional coaches with management expertise over many years. In 2006 the accredited program approved by the ICF, which is recognized as being the biggest organization determining the ethical rules, training guidelines and standards of the coaching profession, achieved the honor of being the first certification program in Canada to train professional coaches. The training program of Adler International Learning, which is aimed at organizations besides individuals, is based on Adler’s “positive psychology” principle. At Present, Adler Learning International, carries on its “Leadership Coaching” program, which was previously implemented with the School of Continuing Studies in Toronto University, with Western University. At the same time, a ten year collaboration is made with TAPE Studies for Professionals which provides development opportunities for social services and psychology professionals. The Adler Graduate Professional School which is a sister organization of the Adler International Learning, offers fully accredited postgraduate psychology programs.
