So we develop lessons, courses, books and events that develop the young person from inside-out to fulfil their potential. Our passion is to help young people to realise the potential that lies within and around them and to be prepared for life opportunities. We are also a Not-For-Profit organisation, which means there are no shareholders to pay and all the surplus generated are put back into the business to continue adding value to the lives of the young generation of our society.

We are now able to offer apprenticeship programmes, funded short-course programmes, recruitment services and also commercial training packages to cater for our clients every need. We are proud to have developed the skills and careers of hundreds of individuals whilst also improving the performance and staff retention of some of the biggest and smallest employers in the country. Over the years, Learning for Excellence have gained a strong foothold in the Health & Social Care sector with national relationships throughout the industry, we have a proven track record of delivering a variety of programmes to our wide client base and are now proudly offering more and more developmental learning options for our partners. Our core objective is to put the needs of our client and their learners first, a belief that has allowed us to expand these relationships over time. Meet Caroline I was a senior leader in charge of behaviour and all things pastoral at a challenging comprehensive secondary school, working long hours and jumping through hoops to create someone else’s idea of an outstanding school. At the time, I didn’t realise I had burned out but I did know I was disillusioned. I was stuck in my job and feeling aimless. I had fallen into negative mind traps of blaming others, feeling hopeless and thinking that I’m not good enough. I had lost my passion and lost my way, then I discovered the power of neurolinguistic programming to change mindset.
