Throughout the UK, a network of Alliances Françaises brings the very best of
French language and francophone cultures to your doorstep. Alliance Francaise is
the world's leading association for the teaching of French and promoting
Francophile cultures. We are an independent, non-profit, non-political,
non-discriminatory organisation. We aim to promote cultural and educational
exchanges between France and the rest of the world. Providing French lessons and
support to the local community for over 40 years! We are continually forging
links with local businesses, big and small as well as with educational
establishments. At the local level we aim to provide a "bridge" to everything
French in and around East Anglia. We are here to help in whatever way we can:
teaching the language, sharing conversation in French, reading and discussing
books, enjoying French food and wine, watching French cinema, making trips to
France et encore… to serve as a meeting point for anyone who shares our love of
