My husband built the studio during the first lockdown at the bottom of our garden, so The Yoga Cabin sits on the perimeter of a beautiful nature reserve, a peaceful and serene environment with all the natural elements to enrich and revive you. You can sit and soak up all of natures wonders as you invest essential time in looking after your body, spirit and mind either in exercise or simple meditation and peace. The classes I offer are Yoga, Pilates, Body Balance and many more so you have plenty to choose over time, and see which one or two connects with you. Zumba® is for everybody and every body! Zumba® classes are designed to take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Zumba® is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness; cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Each class offers a real party vibe and I guarantee you will leave each class with a huge smile on your face. These classes are suitable for all ages (over 18) and abilities. You don't need any fitness or dance experience to take part in a Zumba® class. We welcome beginners, even those who feel that they have little or no co-ordination. All you need is smile and a willingness to have some fun!

Where It Started In a small martial arts club in Essex where I found my fitness, my confidence and my strength and realised just how important exercise is for both mental and physical wellness. That initial training has never left me and even now I can still hear the words of one of my trainers ringing in my ears 'Just get on with it Jamie!' So I do, every day, I get on with the business of fitness of bringing fitness to as many people as I can so that you can experience the power that exercise has to transform your life My Goals To continue bringing the love and power of exercise to as many people as possible and if we can have fun along the way then it's even better. I have a particular interest in Womens health and wellness and as well as donating regularly to the national charity Women's Aid, I fundraise where possible and help spread awareness to help women and girls in this country and abroad and I would love every year for my fundraising to grow and grow and grow!
