Karuna (Hatha yoga) with Shakti stretches and awareness of both physical and
energy bodies and movement of energy, both within and without Classes will
include: mantra breathing inner body awareness working with Shakti, chakras and
energy bodies yin postures yang postures Shakti stretches (cyclic movements in
harmony with the breath) acknowledging lunar, solar and other astrological
cycles and how we can use yoga to help us to survive tough, turbulent times….
and maybe even to thrive! :-) meditation ......and most importantly of all, we
will be present, here, now, together in loving kindness and as a result, we will
soften the hard places, gently release blocks, increase the flow of Shakti and
so, calm and strengthen our bodies, minds, hearts, spirits and souls.
