Structure Phase 1 - Qualifi Level 4 and 5 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare Programme structure Level 4 The Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare comprises 9 units. To obtain the Diploma, learners must complete all mandatory units, earning 34 credits. Additionally, they should select at least 6 credits from the optional units. A total of 40 credits is necessary for Diploma completion, along with at least 30 hours of teaching practice. It emphasises the positive impact of effective partnerships with other professionals on the well-being and development of babies and children.
