Professional but Personal...Steve has been a passionate SCUBA diver since
completing his PADI Open Water course with Fins Watersports, Hull in 1996,
predominantly diving UK waters for the next 8 years. In 2004 Steve was posted to
Cyprus with the British Army where he completed his PADI Advanced Open Water
course with Alpha Divers, Larnaca. Whilst based in Cyprus Steve owned his own
boat and extensively explored and dived the coastline of Eastern Cyprus and fell
in love with the MS Zenobia Shipwreck. Steve qualified as a PADI Rescue Diver
with Seastyle Divers, Worcester in 2011 and decided at this point that he wanted
to become a PADI professional. Prior to retiring from the Military in January
2017, following an extremely eclectic 22-year career. Steve completed his PADI
Open Water SCUBA Instructors course with Coral Bay Divers, Paphos in September
2016. Following retirement from the Military Steve then spent the summer season
of 2017 as an Instructor for Coral Bay Divers and qualified as a Master SCUBA
Diver Trainer in September 2017.
