Biggleswade karate club was first established in 1976, it is the Honbu (main)
karate Dojo of Zanshin Black Belt Academy and is associated with The Enso
International Karate Association

We have classes for all ages (5-75), our Biggleswade kids karate classes and
adult classes cater for people of all fitness levels. One of the attractions of
karate, is the fact that everything can be practiced at your own pace, so
however fit or unfit you are, doesn’t matter when you first start karate.
With karate, age really is just a number, so never think you are too old to
practice karate.
Karate is fantastic for health and well being.
Today, many people are being attracted to karate, our lives are getting easier,
