This half-day course is a must for all staff, identified as potential or existing Fire Marshals in commercial premises. Not only is this a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, but it also supports your Company if accredited to CHAS or similar SSIP schemes in demonstrating that suitable training has been provided to your staff. Unlike other courses the learners will receive practical firefighting in a controlled environment against an actual fire, where they will pull the pin out of the extinguisher and fight the fire. Aims To give a clear understanding of what to do in the event of a fire, to primarily protect the life of themselves and others and secondly property.
