your flower school
Welcome to Your Flower School, Hertfordshire. We are family run School teaching
from our beautiful, purpose build, air conditioned studio at our home in Welwyn
Garden City. My name is Samantha and I’ve been a florist for more than 20 years
and teaching for over 14yrs. I run the classes with the assistance of Cindy aka
Mum! She has been a florist for more than 50 years and has taught in colleges
and at our school for over 30 years. Our classes are designed to be fun and
informative as well as relaxing and calming. You will be greeted by ourselves
with an offer of a tea or coffee and sometimes something stronger :) Our classes
are kept small so you have plenty of space to work and feel comfortable. Our
classes have been described to be therapeutic and great for calming the mind. We
play calming music and you are able to really get into your own zone and enjoy
your time being creative. I design the arrangement in advance and supply all the
flowers, sundries and equipment to make your own. With my guidance we create the
arrangement together. I do not rush the class, so you have plenty of time to
enjoy your creation. Myself and Cindy are on hand to help as much or as little
as you want.
