Sometimes, sitting to meditate can be a big challenge. We fidget and fuss with
our mind running all over the place. The origins of yoga came as an aid to
sitting in meditation. Working the wriggles and aches out of our body before we
settle in stillness. But yoga itself is known to be a moving meditation,
combining your breath with movement is a great way to get out of the thought
process with the added benefit of building strength & tone. My Hatha classes are
strong yet fun and accessible to all. I also offer more restorative practices.
All are open to individuals, groups or corporate bookings.
