Overall the company's objective is to advance the prosperity of individuals and the wellbeing of their community. SERVICES Our services are co-produced with local people and a range of partners. The partnership seeks to raise the aspirations of the individuals and to unlock the potential of their community, from the youngest to the very oldest , through providing holistic services and opportunities to create a better future. Through our Employability Department we offer support and advice to those who are entering the job market for the first time, for those that are considering transitioning to a new career, and for highly skilled practitioners interested in exploring new opportunities. We recruit from local communities and for local businesses. Through our Health and Wellbeing Department we offer psychological support and fight isolation and sedentarism. A bespoke twelve-week resilience and anger management programme, for your school. Sessions can be devised to meet your cohort requirements. Our programme supports Y5 & Y6, students who form part of your ‘hard to reach’ cohort, who without preventative intervention may struggle with transition into Y7 and may become at risk of permanent exclusion. Our programme can be tailored for Y7 students to support them further, post transition. Furthermore, we can adapt our programme to engage with vulnerable students who are low in confidence, self esteem and social skills. Week 1 is an introduction to the course to students. Weeks 2 -11 is; A one-hour period of Taekwondo, teaching students the importance of self-discipline and respect, whilst improving self-esteem, confidence and team working skills. A one-hour classroom-based session covering: mental health; mindfulness; sleep hygiene; relaxation & calming techniques; health and well-being; resilience and positive mental attitude. We can also deliver lessons exploring how to be a model citizen, and how to avoid becoming drawn into contemporary youth crime such as: anti-social behaviour; bullying; truancy; knife crime; gangs and substance misuse. We will also deliver lessons covering; parent abuse; internet safety; personal safety; child sexual exploitation (if the school deems appropriate); crime & consequences; and domestic violence. Inclusion Expert’s founder, Daniel Sobel, is an internationally respected leader in inclusive education and has advised the DfE, the EU and governments abroad. Daniel is a well-known speaker, writes regularly for publications including Headteacher Update and The Guardian, and is the author of several books including Narrowing the Attainment Gap. Daniel left school with no A Levels and read his first book aged 18. Gradually he fell in love with study and managed to secure a place on a Master’s course in Education Psychology. He went on to take four graduate courses in Psychology and Education, eventually running out of money in the middle of doctoral training. Daniel moved to full time teaching and quickly became a SENCO. Dismayed by how much of the job was pointless meetings and paperwork, he started designing tools to better support his students. During a stint as Assistant Head he continued to develop simple systems to help teachers manage information and maximise the impact of their interventions. Realising that many teachers were struggling with inclusion, that his ideas really worked, and that there was an opportunity to make a difference to children across the country, Daniel left teaching, somewhat hesitantly, to form Inclusion Expert. Over the last few years the company has grown rapidly to encompass a team of experienced practitioners who share Daniel’s vision that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential, regardless of needs, background or ability.

Alexandra was born in the USA and spent her formative years in London and Glasgow. Her musical abilities were recognised from a very young age and she began having regular piano and vocal lessons at the age of four. Alexandra had the honour of being the youngest singing student to be accepted at the prestigious Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Whilst studying there, she benefited from singing lessons, vocal workshops and master-classes with both formidable voice teachers and visiting leading professionals. This early exposure to such a high standard of coaching was a great source of inspiration for an aspiring young soprano. Alexandra was invited to attend the Association Of Teachers Of Singing training course for four consecutive years, which provided her with a solid foundation for developing her own teaching technique which she loves to share in her own teaching lessons. Having always had a special love of Scotland, it seemed to be a natural progression for her to complete her studies at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Glasgow (now known as The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) where Alexandra was awarded her Bachelor of Music with Honours Degree. Now based in Central Scotland and accessible from Falkirk, Stirling, Glasgow amd Edinburgh, Alexandra enjoys working as a freelance singer (soprano) and singing teacher. She is currently delighted to be working with Music in Hospitals and Care (MiHC) with whom she has regular concert engagements and tours.
