Kick A Habit™ Approach The approach created by Caroline Anderson NGH, MSc Psychology, BSc Clinical Hypnotherapy, Dip. Personnel Management,  when working with many clients as a therapist in Harley Street in London,  is simple and effective. It is based on the premise that your habitual way of responding to your world in some area or multiple parts of your life isn't working for you and that if you want to experience something better, changing your habitual responses works.  It is formed around the word Habit; H    Honesty A    Actions and Accountability B    Beliefs and Behaviours I     Identity and Imagination T    Trust and Time Are you ready to feel better? Do you want to drop a lifestyle habit that is impacting you negatively? Do you manage stress with ineffectual yet habitual coping strategies that you want to upgrade thoroughly, and efficiently?  Do you experience heightened persistent anxiety or use food or alcohol to self-medicate? Would you like the support and guidance of a skilled facilitator of habit change to help you take action and halt your self-destruction now?  Courses, Workshops, Quests, Personal Training, Therapy  If you are sure that you are ready to feel better, then I would love to work with you to achieve that. The online courses are always accessible to you on demand and are designed to be both effective and efficient. They are courses of action that include hypnosis designed to lead you through the process of improving your old responses to your world with the aim of achieving your desired outcome. We also offer workshops, masterclasses and one-to-one training and therapy. May You Be Happy, Caroline Anderson CMA

It is Qi, the vibration of life. Sun Kyeong is a spiritual practice that began in the mountains of South Korea, reconnecting us to ourselves, nature and the Universe by tuning to the vibration of life, Qi. With the world in ever expanding social and environmental crises, now more than ever humanity needs a new method that can transcend the limits of human intelligence. Sun Kyeong comprises of Qi Sessions, Qi Classes and a transformational Ancestor Healing course designed to clear inherited patterns. Over time this practice can lead us to understand the laws of nature and guide us to greater levels of health, happiness and spiritual connection. Many of the problems people experience today stem from a depletion of Qi. At work and in our personal lives, many of us stand at the same threshold daily and think something has to change. Stress, worry, fatigue and chronic health conditions are on the rise. People are searching for a way to be truly happy and find meaning in their lives. We have become increasingly disconnected from the vibration of life – Qi. Sun Kyeong can be a transformative pathway intended to help us connect to the infinite source of universal light, love and energy designed to keep us healthy, happy and supported to live in harmony with each other and nature. section divider The Sun Kyeong Masters Sun Kyeong Qi masters are specially trained to receive and transmit Qi. Meg Brettell Fitness

Hello there and thank you for stopping by my website. My name is Meg Brettell and I couldn’t be more excited about sharing my story and everything I know about health and fitness with you. Hopefully it will inspire and help you on your own fitness journey. Fitness has always been a part of my life. Both my parents were or had been in the fitness industry at some point and I grew up being a part of every sports team and club at school. Dancing was a large part of it and I went on to study professional stage dance at college after school. I had danced since I was 3 and It had always been my dream to be a dancer until I injured my back in my final year of tuition. So I taught dance and cheerleading to primary and secondary girls for a couple of years before it was back to the drawing board and with the love of health and fitness and wanting to help people,I went down the trainer path. I first done my exercise to music and my gym qualification then onto my Level 3 personal training certificate. In 2013 I was looking at bikini and fitness models and competitors online in America and said to my old man “I want to look like that!” And his response was “great, go do it.” Without any knowledge or experience in this field I set out to do my research. I started looking at shows, competitors, supplements, training, how to cut, how to bulk, stage tan, bikinis, shoes… the list was endless. I hadn’t thought about a coach before as didn’t know they existed then (now everyone and their gran seems to be one). My dad was a bodybuilder in his teens and early 20s so asked him for a little help. And by little he told me if I was looking okay or needed to be leaner. Very funny when I look back now.

You need to be sure that we feel like a good fit before you book a session, so let me tell you a little about me Early influences I was fortunate enough to grow up always surrounded by animals and nature, where no two days were ever the same and different challenges popped up constantly. Whether it was dealing with the weather or having to help birth an animal in the middle of the night, I learned to deal with the situation in front of me and respond accordingly. It helped me feel confident to think on my feet and give the situation whatever it needs, rather than stick to a prescribed reaction because that was what was ‘expected’. There is no sitting back and waiting for things to happen in farming life; you need to get on with things and make them happen and I love that I can bring that energy and those skills across into my coaching approach for you. My early start in farming and the love for animals and the environment that followed sparked a keen interest in understanding the relationship between ourselves and the planet and the interconnectedness of the cycles of life, whether that be farming cycles, the changing seasons, lifecycles of flora and fauna, of the human race and even on a spiritual level, an interest in the life cycle of the seven chakras. These core values underpin everything I do both in my personal and professional life, and have informed the ‘whole-person’ coaching approach that I have developed. All change After a career working in the corporate world for almost a decade, something shifted and I wanted more. I wanted to do something which was more aligned with my own personal values, reconnecting with the influences of my early life on the farm. So over the following years I retrained in beauty therapy, personal training, sports therapy and sports massage and headed in a completely different direction.
