To simplify agile coaching by taking a pragmatic view of the Agile manifesto and principles while making it fun. Our Vision To be the preferred learning platform for professionals to create, curate, and communicate ideas to deliver the right value at right time, to the right customer Our Team Aniruddha Godbole Co-Founder | Chief Agile Explorer Ani completed his bachelor's in engineering and moved to the USA to work as a software engineer. After working through various phases of software development for over a decade, he found his passion in the philosophies and principles of Agile. His keen interest in organizational transformation and product development led him to pursue MBA and explore business agility, lean/six sigma, design thinking, integral agile, and other schools of thought. As an agile coach, he enjoys applying his knowledge and experience to facilitate meaningful change. He enjoys watching other people perform in tv shows and movies while reminiscing his days in amateur theatre. Pratik Hande Co-Founder | Chief Agile Evangelist Pratik had a seemingly cliched journey from an Engineer in India to an MBA grad in Boston. His experiences culminated in his foray into the world of agile as a consultant. He believes in the spirituality of agile which makes him the evangelist of the philosophies to customize and adapt them for specific opportunities. He is known to deconstruct each aspect of product development and adopt agility for quicker value delivery. Don't ask him anything about cricket, kabaddi, movies, TV shows - he won't shut up.

Adler International Learning (previously Adler School of Professional Coaching) was established in 1998 in Toronto by Dr. Linda Page who was the president of Adler School of Professional Coaching. After pilot trainings, Dr. Linda Page, who is an expert in application of Adlerian theory in the business world, established the Adler Professional Coaching Certificate Program together with a group of professional coaches with management expertise over many years. The training program of Adler International Learning, which is aimed at organizations besides individuals, is based on Adler’s “positive psychology” principle. At Present, Adler Learning International, carries on its “Leadership Coaching” program, which was previously implemented with the School of Continuing Studies in Toronto University, with Western University. At the same time, a ten year collaboration is made with TAPE Studies for Professionals which provides development opportunities for social services and psychology professionals.
