My name is Dulcie Mitchell. I am a yoga and movement teacher based in East
Grinstead. I believe that there is no one wholly perfect movement discipline.
Movement is medicine for the mind and the body and both need a holistic approach
with a balance of ease and effort, challenge and release. I encourage this
philosophy through my own practice and teaching style. In my classes, I love to
incorporate a mixture of styles of yoga and other disciplines such as primal
movement, Pilates, gymnastics drills, myofascial meridian sequencing, and breath
work to create a well-rounded practice. I enjoy delivering a cocktail of
disciplines in fun, creative flows that challenge, empower and inspire the body
and brain. Strength and mobility take a long time to cultivate. My objective is
to create a space for you to enjoy the journey every time you step onto your
mat.
