busy professionals who want to eat healthier and improve their fitness, to
create a plan that works based off their unique physiology, psychology, and
personal preferences, so they can make lasting changes and finally get their
health and energy under control. We all travel down different paths in our
lives, and maintaining our health and wellness can get hard sometimes. No matter
where you are on your journey, Christy is here to help: let’s you moving again
with workouts, help you navigate healthier eating habits, and coach you towards
the overall lifestyle you want. No matter where you are on your journey, it is
Christy's goal to help educate and guide you through your options regarding your
health and wellness. Everyone can be fit, healthy, and feel good, AND have fun
doing it! Christy currently resides in Portland, Oregon, but is originally from
the Washington D.C. area, where she went to high school at the famed T.C.
Williams High School (Remember the Titans!) and then graduated in 2010 from the
College of William and Mary with a B.A. in History. Christy went back to school
and completed a B.S. in Applied Health and Fitness from Portland State
University in 2019. She has been passionate about health and fitness her whole
life, and loves to share her enthusiasm with others! Christy is a graduate of
the National Personal Training Institute of Portland (2013), and has been a
certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness
since 2013, as well as a NCSF Certified Strength Coach since 2021.
