Chatta is a teaching approach which links images with language. It was developed following extensive work in hundreds of schools and with thousands of teachers and pupils. Chatta is used by teachers as a whole-class teaching resource with pupils aged 3 to 18, and also by teaching assistants as an intervention resource. Parents are central to Chatta and as well as being able to support learning with the Chatta resources they also use the Chatta app to make Chatta stories at home.
We are not Mini any more, WE ARE NOW SUPERNETTERS!! Formally knows as MiniNetters, started in 2016 with the aim to give girls the opportunity to play netball from a younger age in a fun and sociable environment. We are hoping these netball sessions will not only develop the girl’s netball skills but also teach them the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship as well as building their confidence and self-esteem. We offer coaching sessions for various age levels and each of these levels are designed to focus on the girl’s physical abilities and their social skills suited for their age. Working closely with Netball Scotland and SportScotland we are helping to develop the sport.
