Hi, I’m James Beaumont; a qualified teacher of GCSE and A-Level Maths and
Further Maths based in the York area. I am a qualified secondary school teacher
with over 10 years worth of experience in both secondary school and sixth form
college settings, both private and state. I have experience in teaching A Level
Maths/Further Maths GCSE/iGCSE Maths across all the major exam boards. I am
passionate about the subject of mathematics, having previously been a
professional mathematician, and this enthusiasm paired with my experience means
that, on average, students improve 1 to 2 grades over a typical tuition period
of 6 to 12 months. I do home visits in and around York on certain days of the
week but can tutor online most evenings.
