primrose school of dance
Essex
The Primrose School of Dance was established by Kimber Benton in 2010 with a
simple mission in mind – to take fine arts to children in the community. As the
name suggests, we teach pupils how to dance. But for us, it’s much, much more
than that. It’s about giving young people an introduction to the beauty of dance
and open conversations through art. It’s about inspiring them, giving them
confidence, creating a structure through which they can thrive, and at the end
of the course a spotlight under which they can shine. We believe what we deliver
is important. That’s why we care about how we deliver it. Our ethos is shared by
all of our engaged and energetic instructors. They’re all experienced – with at
least two years’ dance teaching and a degree or equivalent dance teaching
experience – and passionate about giving youngsters the opportunity to bloom.
They’re all trained to teach to the Primrose School of Dance guidelines,
ensuring quality and continuity across our service, and follow accredited dance
syllabus guidelines when delivering classes. We’d love to deliver dance courses
at your school. Click here to find out how we can make that happen.
