north east education trust
The North East Educational Trust (NEET) was set up in 2009 to explore
alternatives in the field of education. We work with children and teachers,
through workshops, to enhance creative expressions and critical thinking by
using innovative techniques of learning – such as the discovery method, theatre
and storytelling. The Trust also runs a community library and a library
programme to encourage children to read for learning and enjoyment and to deepen
their imagination and reasoning power. Additionally, we carry out research on
education, document the best practices across the Indian education space, and
conduct professional development programmes for teachers
