We offer the well-known range of Flamebar fire resisting ductwork systems, successfully tested to the current EN 1366 Part 1, 8 and 9 standards. Our tried and trusted BW11 systems offer up to E120 and the BW18 systems up to El120 to Parts 1 and 8. Our uninsulated BW11 ducts offer insulation at 400°C for 120 minutes. In addition, we are able to offer EN1366-9 unsprayed solutions for exposure to E120 at 600°C. Following our successful series of tests, we are pleased to also offer our NEW FPLHV High Voltage cable enclosure, offering unparalleled insulation performance and tested to meet the standards of both EN 1366-5:2021 and the revised, and more onerous, BS 8519:2020 requiring T3 thermocouples midway inside the furnace. Also available is our FPL05 fire resisting service enclosure, tested to protect against both external fire exposure and fire inside the enclosure for 120 minutes. Our qualified and experienced team provide extensive technical advice as well as practical solutions on the specification and installation of fire resisting ductwork and HV cable and service enclosures. We share our experience and knowledge with bodies such as the ASFP and BESA to prioritise life safety and to raise the bar across the industry, in line with Dame Judith Hackitt's recommendations. We are third-party accredited under the FIRAS, LPS1531 and new Warringtonfire EWCL5 schemes, and our extensive third-party accredited manufacturing facilities ensure that our clients are guaranteed quality products as tested and on time. Our in-house R&D department, which includes a test furnace, enables us to carry out indicative testing, developing new ideas before full UKAS-accredited testing and product offering. We are proud to offer an extensive technical and support service, underpinned by the vast experience of our highly trained and competent staff. She specialised in accident and emergency nursing and spent many years as an A&E sister and practice nurse. For 6 years she worked as a freelance trainer and in 2005 Clarimed was born. Claire has a contagious enthusiasm for delivering high quality, stimulating training and she qualified as a practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming in 2010, which has enhanced her knowledge of communications in healthcare. Cultivating research software to support world-class research Software is fundamental to research: 7 out of 10 researchers report their work would be impossible without it. From short, thrown-together temporary scripts to solving a specific problem, through an abundance of complex spreadsheets analysing collected data, to the hundreds of software engineers and millions of lines of code behind international efforts such as the Large Hadron Collider and the Square Kilometre Array, there are few areas of research where software does not have a fundamental role. Since 2010, the Software Sustainability Institute has facilitated the advancement of software in research by cultivating better, more sustainable, research software to enable world-class research (“Better software, better research”). In 2018, we were awarded funding from all seven research councils. Our mission is to become the world-leading hub for research software practice. The Institute is based at the Universities of Edinburgh, Manchester, Oxford and Southampton, and draws on a team of experts with a breadth of experience in software development, training, project and programme management, research facilitation, publicity and community engagement. I am an Addiction Specialist, an Author, Speaker, TV, Radio and Social Media personality, and respected pioneer in Addiction Consulting. Through gaining personal empirical knowledge, I incorporate this experience along with research, training, and vocation in guiding those afflicted by trauma and addiction. The complexity of human behavior requires a non-prescriptive approach; I transform people's lives through mentally disbanding the cause of their pain. As a proponent of breaking free from 'the madness', I have successfully liberated numerous individuals from 'hell' so that they can lead fruitful and inspiring lives. My creation, The 'Buxy Recovery Process', will liberate thousands of people from their burdens. I am a recovered addict, an abuse victim, and above all a survivor. I talk candidly about my experiences to help others liberate themselves from the attachments to any addiction- food, drugs, sex, technology and more. My approach incorporates modalities that identify the subconscious reasons for the undesired behaviour, which reveals the path to healing and brings hope for a better future.
