is passionate about personal and professional development, specifically within
the healthcare sector. With over 10 years experience working within the
healthcare training industry, Paula takes pride in listening to and
understanding the individual needs of customers and organisations, when
developing either bespoke programmes or stand alone courses. First Thought
Training has a wealth of experience working with NHS Trusts and other healthcare
organisations. We offer dedicated support in the development and delivery of
focused and measurable training and a diverse range of professional training
courses to the health and social care sector, all of which are CPD Accredited.
We have a team of dedicated, experienced Associates who have many years training
and coaching experience within the Healthcare sector as well as many other
