Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that helps you to tune inwards
into your thoughts, emotions, and somatic sensations. I ventured on the road to
self-awareness and spiritual awakening at the young age of 18, sparked by a
telepathic dreaming experience. This pivotal moment in 1994 led me to question
my sole purpose in life and on to the transformative path of self-healing. This
was my initiation into the practice of Reiki-Ho, that led me to take Reiki
Shoden – Reiki Level I. Reiki has helped me overcome personal life challenges
such as eating disorders, anxiety, a lack of energy and depression. This
spiritual practice has been the pillar of my emotional well-being, opening the
gate into self-discovery, personal growth and reaching a sense of empowerment,
thus guiding me to awaken my inner healer. During my travels across India in
2017, I explored the healing power of crystals, yoga and meditation. I have
adopted these modalities as pillars to complement my Reiki practice, bringing a
holistic approach to my overall well-being.
