Join my monthly events https://moon-goddess-healing-sanctuary.mn.co/ [https://moon-goddess-healing-sanctuary.mn.co/] JOIN TODAY - PREPARE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE When you join Moon Goddess Healing Sanctuary today, you’ll get access to our Sacred Ritual Circles. We gather via zoom 4 times a month. You can join the live event at 7pm GMT or watch the replay. We celebrate and raise our vibration with the New Moon and focus on our intentions for moving forward into a more inspired and aligned life with intentional living. During the Full Moon, we work on releasing emotional, physical, and energetic layers from our energy fields. We work in the sacred womb space and with past lives by tapping into the moon’s mystical power. We realign ourselves by letting go of any draining energies as we lift our vibrations. As we ascend, we draw in all that we deserve and aspire to manifest. ONE—NEW MOON MANIFESTING CIRCLE: Fill your energy with Light and raise your vibration. Release any negative energies and allow healing to fill your being. With this newfound brightness, you’ll be able to align with the Universe and attract what’s meant for you. In our group manifestation circles, we harness the combined energy of our community to activate your personal power and manifest your desires. Attending these circles can promote empowerment and a stronger belief in your own potential. TWO—FULL MOON DEEP HEALING CIRCLE: using the energy of the full moon, YOU can cut the energetic cords that are holding you down, ground, and cleanse your energy. We go on a deep journey to heal ancestral wounds, cut karmic ties, break negative/addictive patterns, clear the energy of past partners and experiences that may negatively affect you and your future. Receive help to heal the grief of a lost child or close family member. Heal sexual trauma. Reset your energy so you can keep on healing and shining your light! We will also work with the Council of Light, Angel Healing, The 7 Rays and Violet Flame. I am intuitively guided to use different techniques for deep healing focusing on Family Constellation, Soul Retrieval, Past Life Healing and the Inner Child. THREE—CIRCLE OF DIVINE EMPOWERMENT: Where Goddesses Weave Their Magic: Harness the essence of goddesses to illuminate your path. Discover the art of channelling their power to weave your desires, embrace your inner voice, and forge a profound bond with your celestial goddess energy. We learn how to perceive the energy of the deity we are connecting with so we understand why and how we connect, and how to empower our lives with this connection. You may also learn a mantra or mudra to enhance this connection. Through a guided deep meditation, we activate this energy, allowing you to sense, feel and embrace the goddess or deity’s presence. This will enable you to absorb and understand the energy so you can connect with ease when you want to, drawing upon this power to guide you and tap into for strength and guidance. Following the meditation, you will receive a personalised message of insightful guidance. This is wy Resilience For Modern Life exists. I wasn't always the content woman I am now. Throughout my life, I had bouts of anxiety, insomnia and even depression when I was 19 years young. It’s through my own experience, as a stressed-out and overwhelmed mum of two, working full-time as a project manager in the life science industry, that I went searching for ways to help. Today, as a certified yoga teacher and HeartMath coach, having left the corporate world behind, I blend ancient wisdom with modern science to create a safe and open environment, so that others can become the resilient, healthy, and happy person that they’ve always wanted to be with techniques proven to work. Our promise is that employees will be healthier and happier, fostering creativity, better communication, and amplifying engagement and performance to fuel business growth and retain talent.

ROSA Thai Massage

rosa thai massage

London

Traditional Thai Massage is often referred to as Thai Yoga Massage, and has just arrived in West Yorkshire. It is a from of bodywork that is done on a futon on the floor with the client dressed in light clothes. It works on freeing the flow of vital energy in your body. You will be taken through a series of gentle movement, acupressure, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation, your muscles get stretched and your inner organs toned and emotional nervous tension drops away. Often a deep sense of quiet can be experienced during and after treatment. Rosa Thai Therapy About Rosa Thai Therapy The Rosa Thai Massage in Leeds system focuses on circulation of vital energy in major pathways called sen. The major energy lines are manipulated, and important pressure points along these pathways are stimulated to help break down blockages, stimulate energy flow and restore balance. The word “Massage” does not mean the same thing as it is understood in the typical western usage. In the west “Massage” means a “rub down” and refers to techniques derived from Swedish Massage and regular Massage therapy. “Thai Massage” (Phaen Boran Ráksãa Thaang Nûat) is completely different! It is a healing art of the Theraveda Buddhism and Buddhist medicine. With Rosa Traditional Thai Massage in Leeds, no oils or lotions are used, and the recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the practitioner and client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. Rosa uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body of the recipient. Rosa Traditional Thai Massage is done on a mat instead of a table. This allows Rosa to get the necessary body leverage needed for the stretches and Yoga-like positions used in Thai Massage. HOW DO I DRESS FOR ROSA TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE? The client wears lose clothing or sports shorts allowing for a series of yoga like stretches to take place. Rosa or one of her highly trained therapists will consult with the client and ensures that the client is at all times comfortable. The therapist will always take into consideration the clients physical limitations. Many clients are surprised and delighted at what they can achieve from just one session of authentic thai Massage. WHAT IF I HAVE AN AILMENT OR SPORTS INJURY? Rosa will always enquire about your existing health and medical conditions. Rosa has successfully treated people in the last few years for a variety of ailments including Parkinson’s, Arthritis and a host of stress related problems, along with the usual sports injuries received from general sporting pursuits and training. The whole experience of traditional thai Massage, and whether you have a Massage in Leeds or Bradford will benefit your overall health and you will be guaranteed a great relaxing and stress free time.

The Key - Unlock Potential

the key - unlock potential

London

The Key Unlock Potential is a Bristol-based charity founded by volunteers who were recruited by The Restore Trust. The charity was registered in July 2019, registration number 1184633. Our team is made up of board members including representatives from the Restore Trust and HMP Bristol and volunteers. Find out more on our team page → The story so far The charity was registered by Suzanne Thompson of the Restore Trust Bristol in response to a need to reduce reoffending by providing access to work. Prisoners reported that on release from prison, they face huge challenges in obtaining paid employment. The charity name was chosen by a focus group in the prison, and the board continue to value the importance of the voice of those with lived experience. The Key facts Many people with convictions struggle to obtain work. According to gov.uk, just 17% of ex-offenders secure a job within a year of release. A YouGov survey commissioned by the DWP found that 50% of employers would choose not to employ ex-offenders, deeming them unskilled and untrustworthy. This is despite 86% of companies that employ ex-offenders rating them as “good at their job”, and 81% of consumers stating that companies who employ ex-offenders are positively contributing to society. The lack of stability and lack of security due to unemployment creates a cycle of reoffending and makes successful rehabilitation much more challenging. This must change, and as the statistics above illustrate, tackling this problem can be beneficial for all parties involved. Food with conviction Our vision is to create a safe, welcoming café and retail hub on Bristol’s Gloucester Road that will provide a steppingstone for people transitioning into permanent employment, a destination for the local community, and a mechanism for fundraising. The food for the café will be prepared in the prison’s commercial kitchen, by prisoners. The cafe will operate 5 days a week and will be open between 8:30am and 5:30pm serving “food with conviction”. Interspersed within the café area will be art and handmade items for sale. This will include garden furniture made from pallets, including tables and planters as well as products such as keep cups and cotton bags designed and printed in the prison. We will provide paid employment placements for people released on temporary licence (RoTL) or who have recently left prison. This will help address the most pressing issues facing the prison population, by providing access to work experience and employment, training and rehabilitation support; as a result, beneficiaries will develop transferable skills that will enable them to move on to permanents jobs. Our vision is Key We are on a mission to help people rebuild their lives after they leave prison. We want to give people the tools they need to unlock confidence, pride, and positivity. We want to create a safe space for personal growth and practical experience that will enable people to secure future employment, financial stability, and break the cycle of reoffending.

Inner Dimension TV

inner dimension tv

Founded by husband and wife co-CEOs and world-renowned yoga instructors Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom from their cozy living room in west Los Angeles, Inner Dimension was started with the goal to help you achieve your highest potential in body, energy, mind, heart, wisdom and soul. Not only will you find the best yoga and meditation content here, but we also hope you get to know all of our instructors intimately and find a sense of belonging and community. Let us be “your” yoga studio…all from the comfort of home! In my early twenties I felt trapped fulfilling the expectations of my culture and family. I was stalled in a comfortable yet loveless relationship that was dispassionate and wonted. I felt lost, confused, and alone. Most painfully, I was caught in a corporate job that while financially beneficial, sucked the life out of my soul. I was unable to perceive a way out, depressed because I couldn’t decipher what steps to take next to change my life, and at a total loss as to how to regain happiness. I was caught in unhealthy habits, addictions, and fears. It was a silent suffering, like slowly suffocating from carbon monoxide poisoning. Then I became crippled with anxiety. My heart would race, I would break out in a cold sweat, my vision would narrow, and I would edge nearer and nearer toward fainting or vomiting. The experience was visceral and terrifying. And, it brought me to yoga. I remember very little about my first yoga class except that it was the first time I sat face-to-face with my pain, and I survived! Laying down for Savasana, the final resting posture, I surrendered into the floor. Layers of stress, fear, and panic melted away. For the first time, in a long time, I felt at peace in my body and in my mind. I don’t remember when I went back to yoga again, but I know I did. I left class knowing I had just met my biggest challenge and my greatest gift. Yoga would eventually teach me that I could experience the depth of my pain, and not only survive but thrive. Meditation would eventually teach me that I could feel my feelings and not run away. Yoga and meditation shifted the entire course of my life. Today I live a life that many people dream of. I travel the world, do what I love, help others, and am married to a man I love and who loves me in return. I would not be here without the roadmap the practices of yoga, meditation, and personal growth provide and I promise they will help you achieve your unique vision of a life you are head over heels in love with too. I am honored to share these practices with you and I cannot wait to welcome you to our Inner Dimension family, a global community that is here to support you on your journey to a life you love.

Minority Matters

minority matters

Minority Matters is a charity that started in 2010 to provide children and young people educational support. Our purpose was to ensure that children from disadvantaged backgrounds were succeeding academically, so that they could break the cycle of poverty. Over the years, our role in the community grew to the point where parents were coming to us for assistance with wide ranging issues. As we were dealing with matters beyond the educational needs of the children, we started to engage with local authorities and our role grew organically beyond educational support. While we have remained true to our grass roots, we now deliver community focused projects to empower parents and increase the safeguarding of children. Our Vision Minority Matters’ vision is: to see a world in which children and young people from black and ethnic minority migrant backgrounds achieve their full potential, are protected from grooming and criminal exploitation and integrate into British society, and are not affected by the economic-socio circumstances they are born into, and/or their postcode. Our Mission Our mission is to reduce the impact of educational and employment inequalities, social, economic and geographical disadvantage on black ethnic minority migrant communities, through the provision of tailored support services, advice and advocacy, representation and a safe trusted space, led by the community in which they can trust. Our aim is to work in partnership with communities, to promote social inclusion, child safeguarding and increased engagement with voluntary and statutory services. In addition, we utilise professional and personal experiences to influence available statutory service delivery and the creation of new ones, such as those responding to the issues of grooming and criminal exploitation of children and young people. Minority Matters continues to assess community needs by developing programmes that will ensure parents are empowered and equipped with the skills and tools they need to better help, safeguard and protect their family. We want families to seek and find trusted community led provision/support available locally and foster communication so that cultural barriers are reduced. We provide tailor- made services and capacity built by the community for the community. We seek the reduction of gaps between statutory bodies and hard to reach communities, building trust on both sides and access to services, as well as bringing about to bring about positive changes.

Fox Wood Forest School

fox wood forest school

Roydon

Fox Wood Forest School was founded in April 2016 and registered as a not for profit company in November of the same year. The following aims are at the heart of what we do: to support both physical and mental wellbeing of all participants through time in nature, adventurous play and connection with others to encourage children and families to connect with nature through play and exploration, so that they might be the ones to protect it in future to create a haven for wildlife within our local community Meet the team - All of whom live locally in Roydon and Diss Ange - Director - Chair Forest school leader, teacher and mother of three. I am passionate about giving children the opportunity to learn through child led play. I taught for seven years mostly in Norfolk, I loved the buzz and excitement of working with children, but was frustrated by the constraints of the school curriculum, so after a break to have children I explored other avenues. Through Suffolk Wildlife Trust I discovered Forest School - I had finally found what I wanted to do! What I love most about Forest School is seeing children gain confidence, resilience and independence. Watching the look of determination on their faces as they persevere with something challenging and seeing their pride and smiles of joy when they succeed is really special. Louise - Director - Secretary Mum of two who loves the natural world and getting creative. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childhood Studies and I have worked with children and families for 16yrs+ in a variety of roles including; Nursery Nurse, Play Worker, SEN teaching assistant and Education Officer. I also run family art workshops, community art projects and illustrate nature connection activities Play.Make.Create.Art. I became a Level 3 Forest School Leader because it encompasses everything I’m passionate about, play and nature! Child led play is so important to help develop confidence, problem solving and resilience. Forest school promotes this with a connection to nature, encouraging learners to explore and be adventurous with freedom. Both my boys have benefitted hugely from forest school, improving their wellbeing and independence. I love to see them fully engaged in the natural world and confident to try new things, unplugged and free to play! Lorraine - Director - Treasurer Teacher, mum, home educator, avid supporter of forest school and regular volunteer at Fox Wood. I fully support the forest school ethos of giving children freedom to play in exciting and beautiful natural environments, enabling them to foster a love of the outdoors. The benefits I have observed for my own children include; increased confidence and a readiness to push and challenge themselves, they have gained new skills and have a greater consideration for the local environment. I would love to see this unique resource and essential childhood play experience available for the benefit of more local families. Jennie - Director Local mum, keen supporter of forest school and regular volunteer. I value the opportunity it offers for children in my local community to spend more time outside learning through adventurous play
