Pronounced ‘KEEN’, CINN is an Irish word that means Evolve, Choose, Decide,
Advance or Determine (Irish is a fantastic language that way!) and so the word
CINN itself embodies our passion for Learning and Development, which is why we
put the emphasis on facilitation rather than the more traditional training
methods of "stand and deliver". By incorporating a variety of approaches, we
always set out to "push boundaries and challenge assumptions". CINN is an end to
end consulting firm in the learning & development space based in the Midlands.
We have a live customer base of more than 20+ clients and have worked with
partners across the globe, delivering thousands of hours of content to date with
100% repeat business rate. We have developed and delivered Learning solutions
for Local Authorities in the public sector and in the private sector for names
like EE, HSBC, Sky, Audi, Lafarge Tarmac and BMW just to name a few.
