The primary aim of our program is to help you to become a safe and authentic teaching of the Zhineng Qigong system in a western environment. The programme is a foundation from which to grow as a teacher and practitioner with the support of a growing community of other teachers and practitioners. The foundation training course that we offer started life as with the 3 Monkeys School of Qigong. As 3 Monkeys developed and eventually closed in 2022 the course developed and the Qigong Academy picked up the mantle and continued to develop and evolve the training to meet the changing needs of Qigong teachers in the modern world. We found that it was important to offer a modular range of training that enables you to work at your pace, covering the important aspects of the training in the sequence that makes sense to you. The modules that we offer cover the following key areas: ā€œSelf-cultivationā€ retreats that help develop your understanding and personal practice. 2 Residential Teacher Training sessions and a range of online sessions between to help you to progress through the program. Longer retreats with a greater focus on practice and living as a qigong practitioner.

The Amateur Swimming Association National Teaching Plan is incorporated into all our lessons. Our classes will be small groups of 6 per class.
