As a global STEM network, we apply our specialist industry knowledge to the full spectrum of roles and talent solutions. We recruit right across the product life cycle, from scientific research and technology, clinical trials, manufacturing, and engineering disciplines to market access. We have thirty years' experience of taking projects from discovery to completion and developing bespoke solutions to help unlock new ways of working and thinking. We put people first People make the difference -- they’re the power behind a business and the force behind scientific progress. That’s why we always put people first and genuinely get to understand their goals before helping to fill a role or find them a career for life. Technical expertise with a human touch As scientists, clinical experts, engineers, and talented recruiters, we know what it takes to help talent grow in their specialism -- however niche or whatever their experience level. Our unique perspective means that no project is too big or small to find a solution that works for you. Stronger connections, lasting bonds Making connections goes beyond pairing a job spec with the relevant skills. We ensure our talent’s personal values, career trajectory, professional goals, and cultural fit also align with the company behind the role. Connecting the right talent with the right clients -- and working with people who share our ethos -- means we build valuable, lasting relationships. At SRG, we’re here to enable innovation, empower people to master the now, and help them prepare for a promising future.

As a community, we strive to ensure that Blenheim students are afforded every opportunity to reach their potential both inside and outside the classroom. Inside the classroom, rigorous monitoring of the consistency and quality of teaching, quality of assessments and the impact of feedback have ensured that students flourish. Outside of the classroom, sporting, musical, artistic, dramatic, STEM and other extra curricular activities including an extended day, ensure that students continue to benefit from a rich co-curricular experience that develops them as students and as people. Blenheim sets high standards in terms of uniform with ten ‘non-negotiables’ and there are strict expectations regarding behaviour and conduct. Ofsted described Blenheim as ‘calm, orderly and purposeful’ and our students as ‘respectful, kind and courteous’, which is what we expect and see every day. As we prepare our students to take up their place in society we actively encourage them to take personal responsibility and to become independent learners. Part of this process involves the integration of iPads across the curriculum. Over 99% of Blenheim students own their iPad as part of our iPad for Learning Scheme. Technological evolution is insatiable and we believe this approach is key to ensuring that Blenheim students develop attributes that will allow them to adapt in a rapidly changing world. The iPad complements daily teaching and allows students to easily access a multitude of interactive and innovative resources both in and away from school. Parents/Carers enjoy the safety that the iPad brings due to it being firewalled by Blenheim software.

We are a group of designers, horticulturalists and ecologists who have a shared passion; to turn the grey green. We are a young company with big ambitions to become an environmentally sustainable force in green infrastructure. We deliver high-quality projects that focus on providing the benefits of plants to a space and the people who inhabit it in an environmentally conscious and professional manner. Plants are vital to our lives, providing for many of our needs and producing a clean and healthy environment that keeps us both physically and psychologically healthy. However, the development of large cities and urban lifestyles has led to an estrangement from plants and obscured our relationship with them. This has manifested itself into problems for urban areas and is causing a reduction in the quality of life of billions worldwide. Reintegrating plants into our lives is a cost-effective, ecologically friendly, and aesthetically pleasing solution to many of these issues. As a company, we combine scientific and horticultural expertise with business integrity and high-quality design to provide these solutions to our clients. We continually convert the fast-growing body of scientific research on green infrastructure into real-world projects. Our intelligent planting structures make areas greener and cleaner - benefiting both people and the local environment. We are, therefore, part of a movement to make cities healthier, happier and greener places to live and hope to become part of a broader societal trend towards embracing plants to live a more fulfilled life.
